Q & A with Fabien Cousteau: Dr. Catherine Ulbricht, Founder of Natural Standard, interviews ocean explorer and documentary filmmaker Fabien Cousteau. Fabien is the grandson of noted oceanographic explorer Jacques-Yves Cousteau, and recently launched an ambitious initiative called Plant A Fish, to take an aggressive grassroots approach to ocean restoration. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about the Plant a Fish initiative. This is a wonderful initiative to encourage local communities to help restore and care for their marine environments. I did not realize that the descendants of Jacques Cousteau were involved in oceanography! It is amazing to see that his grandson is taking a new approach in the field. Thanks to Natural Standard for making this interview available to the public!
