Natural Standard is an international multidisciplinary collaboration that includes contributors from more than 100 eminent academic institutions. Research teams systematically gather scientific data and expert opinions to develop comprehensive monographs that are designed to facilitate clinical decision making. For each therapy, the available scientific evidence of effectiveness is evaluated using the Natural Standard Evidence-Based Validated Grading Rationale™. All monographs undergo blinded peer review prior to inclusion in Natural Standard databases.

These guided tours will demonstrate how to navigate the various databases and cross reference medical conditions and therapies.

I found this to be very helpful to attend before I started heavily using Natural Standard. They're short and to the point, and help navigate the website. There's so much information on Natural Standard!

These training sessions are great. It's a good way to learn about the natural standard database. Having lots of resources is never a bad thing! This way, healthcare providers can be sure to pass on accurate and patient accessible information! It's a win/win situation.

I would definitely encourage anyone in the realm of healthcare to signup for one of these free online training sessions. I attended one online just a few weeks ago and found it extremely informative. The presentation is organized so that it covers all the major components of the Natural Standard database. I had no idea how powerful of a tool Natural Standard was until walking though all it's features during this talk. It conveniently allows you to tune in from anywhere and ask questions at any point. Even though the webinar only lasts approximately 45 minutes, it never felt hurried. It is a great opportunity and I advise everyone to participate!

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Natural Standard database. With all of the information and tools available on the website, I feel like I could use a refresher in order to remind myself of all the helpful tools Natural Standard has to offer. I am especially excited about the new lactation and pregnancy tool; as a healthcare professional I often find it difficult to find consice information on the use of dietary supplements in these women.
