This is great. As a person who experiences anxiety I am looking forward to seeing what alternative therapies there are besides going to my doctor and getting a prescription, which I am hesitant to do. Also as a retail pharmacist it will be great to have the knowledge to be able to recommend alternative therapies to others as well. I never quite know which ones to recommend. I know St John's Wort can be used but has too many interactions and should be used with caution. This will help with giving other options.

This is awesome as I would love to learn more about integrative approach on anxiety. Learning about the safety and effectiveness of alternative therapy options for anxiety is something definitely I am interested in participating in.

This will be a very interesting and informative webinar. As a retail pharmacist, I often get questions about herbal treatments for anxiety, and the only ones I remember is not to recommend Kava often due to liver toxicity, and St. John's Wort can be helpful, but is not for everyone due to drug interactions. It will be great to refresh my memory of other treatments for anxiety, as there must be more than just these two!
